To access the Billing Block, you must first select your Organization and then choose Settings & Configurations. Here, you can manage your SaaS account, billing, and current Blackbird subscription.


Update your administrator name, company name, and contact information.


Update your account administrator billing details.


Update your account payment method for auto-pay payment processing.

Please Note: Updating your payment information will enable auto-collection. If you would prefer to not be on auto-collection payments, feel free to reach out to your dedicated CS Advisor to advise them.

Billing History

Review any past, current, and upcoming invoices.


To pay your invoice(s), simply select the Pay Invoice button in the top right corner of your screen.

From there, you will be able to select and deselect all of the invoices you would like to pay at the moment.
