To change an online or in-store pick up order to a delivery order:
Go to the Online Orders Block and choose 'Pending Orders.'
Find the order that requires a change and select 'Continue Order'.
Select 'Add Delivery' and choose 'Create Delivery'.
If Blackbird handles delivery for your location, the delivery order will be "attached" to the product order and sent to our Dispatch team who will assign a driver. Once the driver has marked the order as "picked," the order will be closed out.
If you manage your own delivery, the delivery order will be "attached" to the product order and can be found within your Delivery Tracking block. Here, you can mark the delivery order as delivered or canceled.
