
To delete a delivery order and re-process as a pick-up:
If Blackbird handles delivery for your location, let a Blackbird team member know that the delivery needs to be cancelled. One of our dispatchers will cancel the delivery attached to the order.
Go to the Online Orders Block and select 'Pending Orders'.
Select the order that needs to be changed to a pick-up and choose 'Continue Order'.
Update the delivery fee to $0

5. Prepare and set aside the order for in-store pickup.
6. Mark the order 'Ready' in MyBlackbird. Once the customer has picked up their order, go back in and mark the order 'Complete Order'.
