Customers must subscribe themselves to Connect to receive marketing messages and can subscribe through three different avenues.
Collect is a short piece of code, known as an embed, that is placed on your website. This embed code will display a customizable banner that will allow your customers to sign up for text messaging campaigns and your loyalty program!

Customers can sign up through the Experiences App in seconds by entering their phone number, name, and email, all of which is powerful data for you to use for your Connect message marketing campaigns.

Customers can sign up via your BlackbirdGo menu, or from the order confirmation screen in the cart. This subscription option will also appear on the sign-up flow if someone is signing up via the menu embed from your own website.
