POS Integration & Untracked Inventory
If you are using a POS integration or untracked inventory to supplement your BlackbirdGo menu, follow the instructions below:
To remove a product from the online menu, you’ll need to update the inventory status. Select the Product Management Block, and then choose the Manage Inventory Block.
From here, locate the batch of inventory you would like to remove from your menu. Update the inventory status to Inactive.
Next, View the inventory details and unselect Available Online within the inventory form for the product inventory.
Once the inventory status has been changed to Inactive and the Available Online button has been unselected, the product should be off of the online menu within a few minutes.
