With regard to the primary product photos on the online menus, our goal is to represent the brands as accurately as the retailers that sell them. Because of this, we get our images directly from brands themselves and use those as the global primary images for every product.
If you'd like to have an additional product photo added to the online menu, you can upload the image in MyBlackbird!
To do so:
Select your Product Management block
Manage Inventory block
Search for the correct inventory & select View on the right hand side
Within the inventory details, scroll down to Add Image(s)
5. Add files & select Save when done
These additional inventory images should populate on the BlackbirdGo menu. If you have any questions, please let us know!
If a product does not have a primary photo, you are able to submit photo(s) available via this link. Photos submitted via the link will go to our team who will make changes if applicable.
