The information visible to a customer while checking in via the Experiences App is dependent on the settings you selected.

While launching the Experiences App, you’ll want to be sure the Display Loyalty toggle is enabled.

This will allow customers to see their loyalty point balance, the current tier they’re apart of (if you have loyalty tiers set up), their interests, as well as any rewards you’ve made available.
