Most automated notification messages can be customized to fit your dispensary's voice!

How to Customize your Message

If you would like to edit any automated message, start by logging in to your Organization Level. Choose the Settings & Configurations Block and then choose the Business Settings Block.

From here, choose the Notifications Block and select the applicable location on the left hand side. Choose to edit your message and click save!

Please note: Carriers have significantly increased transactional and marketing message content filtering. To improve deliverability, we recommend using broader terms that don’t appear to prompt this content filtering. For a complete list of terms to avoid, check out our article, here.

Which Messages Are Not Customizable?

If the message is greyed out, you are unable to customize the automated message.
