Set Up Loyalty Tiers
From the Organization Level, begin by navigating to the Customer Center Block, and then select the Loyalty Block. To view and create new tiers, select the Tiers tab.
To set up a new tier, select the New Tier button at the top right. This opens a new page. Once all the fields are completed, be sure to select Save.
Name - Name of this tier shown in the Customer Center and on Lists.
Description - A description of this tier.
Points Required - The number of lifetime points required to reach this tier.
