To access your Customers Block, you must first navigate to the Customer Center Block. The Customer Center is only visible to staff members with Manager or Admin access. To learn more about employee access levels, click here!
Create a New Customer Profile
To create a new customer profile, select the Create Customer button. A form containing all of the customer’s relevant data will pull up and you can begin entering in the new customer’s information.
Additionally, if you have a 2D or 2D barcode scan gun, you can easily complete new customer profiles by opening up a new customer profile, selecting the first name input, and then scanning the barcode on the back of a driver’s license. This should rapidly increase the speed at which you can intake new customers. The scan will input name, date of birth, ID number, ID expiration date, and address.

There’s a lot on this page to fill out (and not everything is *required), but once you have gone ahead and completed it, you simply need to hit the Add button at the bottom of the window.
