To access your business settings, you must first navigate to the Settings & Configuration Block and then select the Business Settings Block.
Within your Business Info Block, you have the ability to manage what displays on your Experiences & Checkin App, as well as the location name that appears in your marketing & transactional text messages.
Business Name: Your location name as configured in MyBlackbird. This is used internally and can not be edited.
Display Name: Your location name as configured by you. This name will display on the Experiences app.
Connect Marketing Name: Your location messaging name as configured by you. This name will display on marketing & transactional text messages.
Transactional Texting Number: The number that your automated notifications (including mobile checkin) are sent from.
Brand Color: This will display on the Experiences App and your white-label menu.
Company Logo: This will display on the Experiences App.
Rewards Page: When loyalty is enabled for your location, the embeddable Rewards Page link allows customers to view their point balance + available rewards directly from your website.
Business Hours: Here, you can set your locations business hours.
