Wholesale facility delivery orders can be tracked according to their current status. Wholesale facility order statuses will update automatically when the order has been processed and will then be updated manually by our dispatch team or the driver at the time of completing the delivery.

Wholesale Facility Delivery Order Statuses Explained


The delivery has been received by Blackbird and is currently being routed.


The delivery has been assigned to a Blackbird driver.


The delivery has been picked up from the wholesale location by the Blackbird driver.

On the way

The delivery is on the way to the final destination or recipient.


The delivery has been delivered to the final destination or recipient.


The delivery was cancelled and is being returned to the original shipper. A reason for the cancellation is required and can be found in the custody log by clicking the cancelled status' details button:
