Delivery Notes
Notes can be added at the time a delivery is created, or attached to a delivery at a later date. Notes are traditionally used to communicate a small piece of information pertinent to the successful delivery of the order, including information related to the inventory, delivery location, scheduling instructions, etc.
Add a note when creating a delivery

To add a note when creating a delivery, begin by pulling up the New Delivery or Request Delivery form. Next, complete all of the necessary information, including adding the text copy for your note within the Notes section.
Add a note after a delivery has already been created

To add a note after a delivery has already been created, choose the Delivery Tracking Block. By selecting Search Delivery, you will be able to find the delivery in question by inputting the invoice number or tracking number.
Once you have found the order you're looking for, select the Details button. Here, you will be brought to the delivery details page where you can add a new note to the delivery in the Notes section.
Delivery Comments
Comments can be added after a delivery has been created in the system. Comments are traditionally used to communicate back and forth with the user(s) who created the original order, so that they can be made aware of any order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, or contact issues that our dispatchers and drivers may be running into with regard to your order.
Add a comment to a delivery
To add a comment to a delivery, select the Delivery Tracking Block. By selecting Search Delivery, you will be able to find the delivery in question by inputting the invoice number or tracking number.
