To change an online or in-store pick up order to a delivery order:
(1) Go to the Sales Block and choose 'Pending Orders.'
(2) Find the order that requires a change and select 'Continue Order'.
(3) Select 'Add Delivery' and choose 'Create Delivery'.
(A delivery order will be "attached" to the product order and sent to our Dispatch team who will assign a driver. Once the driver has marked the order as "picked," the order will be closed out.)
