Ideally, the inventory on your shelves will match the inventory stock levels within your MyBlackbird. For a variety of reasons, there may be times in which inventory discrepancies are discovered. Here are a few ways in which those discrepancies can be remedied.

Transferring Product to Unsellable

You are able to transfer inventory to the Unsellable zone, preventing that inventory from being added to an order.

Transfer Inventory to Unsellable

Start by selecting the Product Management block, and then choose the Manage Inventory block. Next, locate the batch of inventory that you are transferring and select Zone Adjust. From here, choose the zone you are adjusting from, then the zone you are adjusting to, as well as the quantity you are adjusting. Once finished, select Transfer.

Archiving Inventory

Inventory can also be archived to permanently prevent it from being added to an order.

Start by selecting the Product Management Block, and then choose the Manage Inventory Block. Next, locate the batch of inventory that you are transferring and select the current inventory status. From here, change the status from Active to Inactive, and then to Archive. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
