If you are attempting to add the inventory to a shipment and inventory is not populating, ensure the following:

Where is the inventory physically located?

Where is the inventory located within the system?

Does the location selected when creating the inventory shipment match where the inventory is located physically and within the system?

Note: If the inventory was recently moved to a Blackbird hub, you’ll want to be sure to select that hub as the Inventory Location.
