Home delivery orders can be tracked according to their current status. Home delivery statuses will update automatically when the order has been processed, and will then be updated manually by our dispatch team or the driver at the time of completing the delivery.
Home Delivery Order Statuses explained:
Pending - The order was placed by the customer but has not been processed.
Unassigned - The order has been processed by the retailer and marked as Ready or Finish & Paid in the MyBlackbird system
Assigned - The order has been assigned to a Blackbird driver
Picked - The order has been picked up from the retailer by the Blackbird driver
On the way - The order is on the way to the customer
Delivered - The order has been delivered to the customer
Cancelled - The order was canceled and is being returned to the retailer
