Home delivery orders could be canceled for a variety of reasons. These can include the customer not being home, not having payment for their order, or not answering their door at the time of delivery. When a home delivery order is canceled by the Support team or by the Dispatch team, notes are left within the delivery details explaining the reasoning for the cancelation.
To view delivery notes:
Shipping & Delivery Management Block > Delivery Tracking Block > Search and select Delivery > Select Delivery Details
