To access your custom automated SMS notifications, you must first navigate to the Business Settings Block and then select the Notifications Block.

Connect Notifications

TCPA Subscription Message - Sent when a customer subscribes to Connect marketing messaging. This message is required to sent for compliance reasons.

Connect Welcome Message - Sent when a customer subscribes to Connect marketing messaging.

Loyalty Notifications

Loyalty Welcome Message - Sent when a customer enrolls in your Loyalty program.

Reward Auto-Redeemed Message - Sent when a reward is redeemed through the Experiences App or Online Menu.

Online Order Notifications

Online Delivery Order is Ready - Order for delivery set to ready status in MyBlackbird

Online Pickup Order is Ready - Order for pickup set to ready status in MyBlackbird

Delivery is On the Way (ETA) - Delivery set to on the way status by a Blackbird Driver and can only be triggered if the client is using Blackbird delivery services.

Online Delivery Canceled - For Blackbird delivery clients, only Blackbird can change a delivery to canceled status.

Online Order Canceled - For Blackbird delivery clients, online delivery order is deleted from a pending status.
