You are able to edit the text copy for the following automated notifications:

Loyalty Enrollment Welcome Message

The Loyalty Enrollment Message Welcome is defaulted to say: "{{first name}}! Thanks for joining {{merchant name}} loyalty."

If you would like to edit this, start by logging in to your Organization Level. Choose the Settings & Configurations Block and then choose the Business Settings Block.

From here, choose the Notifications Block and select the applicable location on the left hand side. Choose to edit your welcome message and click save!

Pick Up Order Ready Message

The Pick Up Order Ready Message is defaulted to say: "Your pickup order at {{merchant}} is ready for pickup!"

If you would like to have this changed, please submit a request to our Support team!

Delivery Order Ready Message

The Delivery Order Ready Message is defaulted to say: "Your delivery order from {{merchant_name}} has been fulfilled. We'll send you another text with the estimated time of arrival when your order is on the way. Please prepare your cash payment of {{total}} , since delivery drivers cannot carry change, please have exact total ready."
