At the top of your Blackbird dashboard, you will have access to the Printer icon. This icon will allow you to connect specific receipt printers to your account and resolve any printer issues that arise.

The Blackbird platform recognizes and accepts an expanded list of receipt printers, allowing virtually any valid receipt printer to be used.

Receipt Printer Set Up

To configure a printer for either receipt or pick list printing, you must first download both the Java and QZ Tray apps to your device:

After you have downloaded and installed both Java and QZ Tray to your device, select the Printer icon from your dashboard. If your QZ Tray becomes disconnected at any point, you will be able to reconnect it and resolve the issue here.

Otherwise, you will be presented with the printer options that your device has recognized and select one to print to.
