Can I change the email on my account?
Our Support team can update the email address on your account. To do so, simply reach out to Support by clicking the Help link at the bottom of any page.
Can I change my password?
Yes, you can change your password by requesting a password reset. To do this, simply click the Log In button and click the Forgot Password link. An email confirming your password reset request will be sent to the address on file.
What if I didn't receive my password reset request email?
Password reset requests will only be sent if you've already created a BlackbirdGo account. If you haven't already created an account on BlackbirdGo, you can do so by clicking the Sign Up button in the top right corner of your screen.
If you have a BlackbirdGo account already, feel free to check your spam/junk folders, as the email often falls in either of these inboxes! If you still have not received, let our Support team know by clicking the Help link at the bottom of any page.

How do I know if a retailer has a loyalty program?
You can tell if a retailer has a loyalty program if they have a trophy icon in the top right corner of the menu card. Click here to learn more about loyalty & rewards.
How do I view my loyalty point balance or eligible rewards?

What if a product doesn't have the THC, CBD, or terpenes listed?
Retailers are in control of the product information that displays on their menus. If a product is missing this information, feel free to reach out to the retailer directly!
How do I view my order status or past order history?
This can be accessed through your account by clicking the Order History tab, where you will see all current and past orders. Read more about order history here!
Is there a fee for pickup orders?
No. There is no fee for orders placed online for pickup.
Can I pay for my order with a debit or credit card?
Some retailers may accept payment with a card upon pickup. Be sure to check with the retailer from which you are ordering, if it is not already listed in the menu information. All home delivery orders in the State of Nevada are cash only.
How much cannabis can I order at one time?
The legal limit per order varies by state and can also vary based on your status as Medical or Recreational consumer. Some states measure it based on a single order, whereas others do it over a specified time period. We always recommend double-checking with your local city and state regulations.
What is the difference between Indica and Sativa?
Indica strains are commonly associated with more sedative effects. Best for nighttime use in most cases, they may make the user tired and can be used as sleep aids. What is a hybrid?

What are cannabinoids?
Cannabinoids are naturally occurring chemical compounds that develop in the cannabis plant. There are currently over 100 known cannabinoids commonly found in the plant, the most famous being THC and CBD. These cannabinoids are at their highest concentrations in the trichomes of a flowering cannabis plant, but they are usually present throughout all parts of the plant. What are terpenes?
Terpenes are aromatic compounds produced by plants. These pleasant-smelling compounds occur naturally in many plants, including fruits and flowers, but these same terpenes also exist in cannabis. Any given sample of weed may have a full range of terpenes with varying concentrations, and the combination of those terpenes is what gives each cannabis strain its unique smell and flavor.
