To access your in-store orders, you must first navigate to the Sales Block and then select the Orders Block.
How do I Process a Reward Redemption?

From within MyBlackbird, you will be able to create an order for the customer, as well as add and/or redeem any rewards the customers is eligible for. After you've officially redeemed the reward (auto displayed on the order), simply process and complete the order as normal. Once the order has been completed in the system, the reward points will deduct from the customer's balance.
