To access your online orders, you must first navigate to the Sales Block and then select the Pending Orders Block.
How do I Process a Reward Redemption?
POS Integration & Untracked Inventory Clients
For POS integration clients, customer rewards are immediately deducted from the customers' loyalty point balances and rewards are automatically redeemed. This ensures that, as POS integration clients, you won’t have to close out your orders in MyBlackbird.
Please Note: POS integration clients will need to deny the rewards (or do a manual point adjust) if they wish to refund those points to their consumer for some reason.
MyBlackbird Point of Sale Clients
From within MyBlackbird, you will be able to see the order as requested by the customer and fulfill it, as well as add/deny any rewards they deem worth doing so for.
