To access your products and inventory, you must first navigate to the Product Management Block and then select the Manage Products Block. Find the product you are looking to edit, and then choose the batch of inventory associated with that product.
Inventory Statuses
Active
Active inventory means that it can be actively sold to your customers. See the Current State button below that advises this batch of inventory is currently Active:
Inactive
Inactive inventory means that the inventory cannot be actively sold to customers. See the Current State button below that advises this batch of inventory is currently Inactive:
Archive
Archived inventory is inventory that will never be sold again and essentially needs to be deleted. Archiving inventory is a permanent action and it cannot be undone, so before confirming that you want the inventory archived, make sure it’s one you will not need to use again, otherwise you’ll need to re-create it.
Activating, Inactivating, & Archiving Inventory
If you wish to the change the status of a batch of inventory, simply select the Current State button. The Current State button’s appearance will change based on the status of the inventory.
To change the current inventory status from “Active” to “Inactive,” simply click on the button and select “Set Inactive” from the dropdown menu. See below:
