To create a drawing, you must first navigate to the Customer Center Block, and then select the Experiences Block.
To create a new drawing, select +Create Drawing button at the top right. This opens a new page. Once all the fields are completed, be sure to select Save.
Drawing Name - The name of the drawing that displays on the Experiences App.
Description - A description of the drawing to display with the drawing name on the Experiences App.
Start Date - Start date of the drawing in local time. This is optional to enter. If dates are entered, the drawing will only be available on the Experiences App during that timeframe.
End Date - End date of the drawing in local time. This is optional to enter. If dates are entered, the drawing will only be available on the Experiences App during that timeframe.
Max Number of Entries - The maximum number of entries one customer can have for this specific drawing. If the customer has surpassed the max number of entries, a pop-up will display, and the customer won’t be able to enter the drawing again.
Number of Hours Between Entries - If the max number of entries is greater than 1, this field appears. Enter the amount of time in hours required between entries. Example, if someone enters at 1pm on Monday and this is set to 24 hours, the next entry won’t count again until 1pm on Tuesday. If they check in before enough time has passed, a pop-up will display.
