To navigate to your Drawings Dashboard, you must first find the Customer Center Block, and then choose the Experiences Block.
Here, you can select Drawings tab from the available views. This view displays all created drawings, which can be filtered by location if you’re in the organization’s admin view. It also includes the number of entries that each drawing has received total.
Drawing Name - The name of the drawing that displays on the Checkin experience.
Description - The description of the drawing that displays on the Checkin experience.
Date - Start or end date in local time of the drawing if entered.
Limit Per Person - The number of entries that each individual customer phone number is limited to. There is no unlimited option, but you can set it to a high number of entries.
Time Between Entries - The minimum number of hours required between entries if the limit per person is more than one
Entries - Total number of entries the drawing has received.
You can edit or delete existing drawings using the icons to the right.
Click the pencil to edit and click the trash can to delete it entirely. Deleting a drawing is permanent and cannot be undone.
You can draw a winner by selecting the trophy icon, which will randomly select a customer from the list of drawing checkins.
