To access your discounts, you must first navigate to the Settings & Configuration Block and then select the Loyalty Program Settings Block.
Create a Points Magnifier
Magnifiers allow you to offer extra points to customers for certain activities at certain times. A great example is ‘Checkin Happy Hour’ where customers who check in between 1pm-5pm on weekdays earn double points. Magnifiers are managed by each individual location.
To view and create new magnifiers, select Magnifiers tab.
This displays all existing points magnifiers. It shows what the trigger is, what day and time the magnifier is set for, and if it's enabled.
To create a new magnifier, select the +Create Magnifier button at the top-right and opens a new page. Once all the fields are completed, be sure to select Save.
Magnifier Name - Name this points magnifier so you’ll be able to identify it.
Location - Select the location where this trigger should be active. This only displays if you’re part of an organization that has more than one location and have access to multiple locations.
Loyalty Point Trigger - Select the relevant trigger to which this magnifier applies. Each activity type can only have one magnifier for day/time range at each location.
Day - Select the day when this magnifier is active.
Start Time - Enter the time you want this magnifier to begin in local time.
Stop Time - Enter the time you want this magnifier to end in local time.
Magnifier Value - Enter a value that the points should be multiplied by. For example, to do a triple points magnifier, enter 3. There’s no magnifier limit.
Once the magnifier is saved, it takes you back to the complete list of active magnifiers.
