The Connect Usage dashboard will help you understand your Connect segment usage for the month.
This feature is dependent on your account's access level, as it is only accessible through the Organization Level because the Organization is the entity that is billed for Connect, however, locations have a subset of this information in the Connect Snapshot.
First, navigate to the Usage tab at the top of the page. The top portion shows the current billing period usage, including number of segments included in the monthly subscription.
If you have access to multiple locations within your Organization, you can select Show Locations in the top-right to view segment usage from individual locations. If you have access to multiple Locations within your Organization, you can select Show Locations in the top-right to view segment usage from individual Locations.
Month - Month that the usage is displayed for.
Included in Subscription - Total number of segments allotted for your organization per your contract. If you’re part of an organization with multiple locations, this amount is shared across all locations.
Usage - Total number of segments sent for the month.
Segment Overage - Segment overage if applicable.
Overage Charge - Cost of overage. It’s the total number of segments sent over the amount allocated in your monthly subscription, multiplied by your overage rate. If overages occur, they’re billed with a separate invoice and sent at the start of every month for the previous month.
Remaining - Total number of segments remaining. This is calculated by taking the total amount included in your subscription and deducting the number of scheduled and sent segments.
Estimated Overage - The estimated segment overage based on sent and scheduled messages for the month if applicable.
Estimated Overage Cost - The overage cost calculated for the current month according to the estimated overage amount.
