To make adjustments to your online menu, first navigate to your Settings & Configurations and select the Online Menu Block. The Online Menu Block allows you to manage information displayed on your online menu, as well as control over your pickup and delivery capabilities.
Enable Pickup or Delivery - You can simply switch a toggle to enable or disable pickup for online ordering through your online menu
Pickup Availability - You can set the days and hours that the menu is open for online pickup orders.
Please Note: These day/hour options will only show and take effect if Online Pickup Orders is enabled.
Delivery Availability - You can set the days and hours that the menu is open for online delivery orders.
Please Note: These day/hour options will only show and take effect if Online Delivery Orders is enabled. If you are configured for self-delivery and will be managing your home delivery services on your own, then you'll be able to set these hours to whatever you'd like. If you are using Blackbird for home delivery services, you will be NOT be able to edit your delivery menu hours. Should you request a change to your delivery menu hours, please feel free to submit a request here!
Delivery Order Minimum - The subtotal a BlackbirdGo customer needs to reach in order to place a delivery order on your menu.
Inventory Buffer - The inventory threshold or level that Blackbird will automatically remove an item from the online menu at. The default buffer is five (5).
Given that customers could potentially have the same items in their carts at the same time, the inventory buffer exists to protect you from accidentally overselling what you have in stock. You can still sell below the buffer threshold (if someone had those items in the cart beforehand, etc.), but we'll remove that item from being visible for purchase online.
