Automated text messages are sent to your customers who place online pick up and/or delivery orders. If you would like any of your automated text messages to be edited, please reach out to our Support team for assistance. 

See below for the text messages that are sent your customers & the different order statuses that trigger them!

Online Pick Up Orders

Ready - "Your pickup order at {{merchant}} is ready for pickup!"

Online & In Store Delivery Orders 

Ready - "Your delivery order from {{merchant_name}} has been fulfilled. We'll send you another text with the estimated time of arrival when your order is on the way. Please prepare your cash payment of {{total}} , since delivery drivers cannot carry change, please have exact total ready."

On the Way - "Your {{merchant}} deliver will arrive in approximately {{minutes}}. Please prepare your cash payment of {{total}} for your order. Blackbird delivery drivers do not carry change."

*Only those using Blackbird drivers for delivery order fulfillment will receive this text message. 

Cancelled - “Your delivery order from {{merchant}} has been canceled. Please contact the dispensary for more details.”
