To access your Loyalty notifications, you must first login to the Organization level. Next, navigate to the Settings & Configurations Block and then select the Loyalty Program Block. 

The following automated text messages are sent to your customers:

Loyalty Enrollment - Text the customer receives after enrolling in your Loyalty program. 

Experiences Checkin - Text the customer receives after checking into your location using the Experiences App. 

Reward Redemption - Text the customer receives after redeeming a reward. 

How do I edit my automated message copy?

As it turns out, you are unable to edit the Experiences Checkin or Reward Redemption messages. Connect Subscription TCPA Compliance message. See below for the default messaging:

Experiences Checkin Default Message: Thanks for checking in!"

Reward Redeemed Default Message: Thanks for your loyalty {{first name}}! Show this message in the store to collect your reward. Reward: {{type}}.

However, you are able to edit your Loyalty Enrollment Welcome message. Simply select the message box and enter in your own preferred text copy. See below for the default messaging:

Loyalty Enrollment Default Message: Welcome {{first name}}! Thanks for joining {{merchant name}} loyalty.
