To access your Connect notifications, you must first navigate to the Business Settings Block and then select the Notifications Block. 

This page displays the two customer notifications that can be sent:

Connect Subscription - Text the customer receives after subscribing to Connect messages. The customer will accept terms and conditions and this message is sent to ensure TCPA compliance. These don’t count towards segments and can’t be edited for compliance reasons.

Welcome Message - Text the customer receives after signing up for the Loyalty program. This can be through the Experiences app, Collect, or customer backfill from a POS integration. This is sent in conjunction with the Connect Subscription message. This message can be edited to your preferences. 

How do I edit my automated message copy?

As it turns out, you are unable to edit the Connect Subscription TCPA Compliance and Connect Subscription Welcome messages. See below for the default messaging:

Default Message: Thanks for subscribing to {Merchant Name}. Message & Data rates may apply. Periodic Messaging. Text STOP to end, text HELP for info. Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Default Welcome Message: Welcome ! Thank you for signing up at {Merchant Name}!
