Retailers Near You - View all of the retailers on BlackbirdGo, in order of closest to furthest away from you. Dispensaries closest to your proximity will populate at the top of the online marketplace. Here, you can scroll through the list of available dispensaries to view their individual menus and products available for purchase.
Retailer Menus - On each retailer's menu, you will see whether they are open for pick up and/or delivery, as well as their distance from your location.
Basic Information - View all details related to the retailer, including their location and contact information.
Banner - Check out any news, updates, or special provided by the retailer.
Products Tab - View all products available for purchase online.
Rewards Tab - View your current loyalty point balance, the loyalty tier you belong to, and all rewards available for redemption.
Sort By - View products by default, price, THC or CBD strength.
Categories - Select multiple categories to see your favorite products.
Type - Select multiple product types, including sativas, indicas, and hybrids.
Brands - Search and/or select multiple brands to find your favorites.
To shop a retailer's menu, simply apply any preferred sorting or filters, and view all products that fall within those parameters! You will see all products available via the product cards, which include details about each product. See below:
View the product type, price, size, and test results. Click the arrow to more quantities available! Here, you can add the product directly to your cart, or click into the product card to view more details about the product, including additional quantities, product description, cannabinoid test results & terpene profiles, etc. See below:
View your cart by clicking the Cart button, which shows the amount of products currently in there.
Here, you can see all product details within your cart, quantities added, any discounts or rewards applied, tax & fees included, and your order subtotal and total.
You can also adjust the quantities of products ordered, remove products from your order, clear all items out of your order, designate your order for pick up or delivery, add notes for the retailer, etc.
Once your cart has been submitted, you will be able to view the fulfillment of order via the Order History tab in your Account. Read more here!
If you are ordering from a menu that offers scheduled next day delivery, you are required to choose a delivery window to receive your order within prior to being able to submit your cart. All orders are for next day delivery, and while we do our best to accommodate any requests to change your delivery window, we cannot guarantee this as an option.
