Once you've created a verified account on BlackbirdGo, you will be able to being placing orders! 

Site Navigation

Account - To view your account, simply login and select the Account button in the top right-hand corner. Here, you will be able to make adjustments to your account, including updates to your phone number, address, and government ID. 

Marketplace - Dispensaries closest to your proximity will populate at the top of the online marketplace. Here, you can scroll through the list of available dispensaries to view their individual menus and products available for purchase. 

Menu - Once you've selected a specific dispensary to order from, you can view the dispensary's pick up/delivery menu hours, contact information, and order options. You can also apply certain filters to only display product categories and product types you're interested in purchasing. Once you find a product you would like to add to your cart, simply use the arrows to scroll the the available quantities or simply select the Add to Cart button. 

Loyalty Program - If the dispensary you're ordering from has a Blackbird Loyalty Program enabled, you will be automatically enrolled at the time of your first purchase. If a loyalty program is enrolled, you will also be able to view all rewards available by selecting the Heart button in the top right-hand corner. Here, you will see your loyalty point balance, all rewards available, as well as specific rewards you are eligible to redeem. If you would like to redeem a reward and have it applied to your online order, simply select Redeem Reward

Checkout - Once you are ready to submit your online order to the dispensary, click the Shopping Cart button in the top right-hand corner. Next, review the details of your order including all of the products added, rewards/discounts applied, and whether the order is for Pick Up or Delivery. If delivery, confirm that the address on the order is correct. Submit!
