To access an in-progress inventory shipment, you must first navigate to the Shipping & Delivery Management Block and then select the Inventory Shipments Block.
Editing In Progress Shipments
If you’ve got a shipment that needs some of its inventory counts edited or completed removed, you are able to make those changes from within MyBlackbird fairly easily provided the person you’re shipping to hasn’t received any inventory into their system.
From here you’ll be able to see all of your shipments. Everything that is Pending or In Review has items that can be edited. Simply use the search options on the left side to find the shipment you’re looking for and click on it.
From here you can edit any inventory that has not been received by the receiving party. If you want to completely remove inventory from the shipment, simply click the red Garbage Can button.
If you’d like to edit the quantity/price (or any other info on that inventory) simply click on the Pencil button and it will bring up a form for editing inventory. Click the blue Edit button below the price to adjust the inventory count/price.
Once you’ve done that click the green Save button and your changes will automatically be reflected on the purchase order and the delivery attached to it. Now you’re all set!
