Home Delivery Order Processing
If you have requested that Support change the Collect Amount on a delivery order, please do not continue to click Ready within the order. This will reset the Collect Amount to the original total, rather than maintaining it at the desired Collect Amount.
Duplicate Receipts - It's advisable that when processing home delivery orders, that you print out (1) copy for your records and (1) copy for your customer. Receipts can be kept to refer back to upon settle up.
Home Delivery Order Packaging
Once an order has been processed, picked, and packed, it's advisable that an indicator of who the order belongs to is applied to the outside of the bag.
This could include the customer's receipts stapled to the outside of the bag, the customer's name being written on the outside of the bag, etc. A customer indicator allows the driver to determine which order belongs to who, without having to open the order themselves to determine its owner.
