To access your products and inventory, you must first navigate to the Product Management Block and then select the Manage Products Block.
From this page you can view, edit, and change the status of every single item in your POS. To find the product you are looking for, you can either use the category filters on the left side menu, or type the name of the product into the search box. Simply click on the product you want to update and the product screen will be brought up automatically.
After you've found the product page, select the associated batch of inventory you're looking to transfer. Once you have selected the batch of inventory, you will be taken to a screen that will look like the one below:
Notice the Stock Levels section above. This is where we will transfer the product from where it is currently located (in Front) to Sample. We can do this by clicking on the Transfer button in the right hand corner of the window.
After clicking on the Transfer button, a pop-up box will appear that allows you transfer your inventory between stock rooms. Simply fill out the stock rooms you’re transferring between, the amount to be transferred, and any notes you’d like to store regarding why the transfer is happening. Next, click the Transfer button.
The units of inventory that were transferred will now update in the Stock Levels window in the appropriate zones.
