Sign Up and Create an Account
To sign up for a BlackbirdGo account, simply select the Sign Up button on the top right-hand corner. Here, you will be prompted to enter some basic information about yourself:
Email - This must be unique, as we cannot create multiple accounts under the same email address. Emails regarding account verification status, order confirmation receipts, and order updates/inquiries will be emailed to this address.
Password - Select a password only you will be able to remember and make sure to keep it saved in a safe place. You will be required to enter your password upon each login. If you forget your password or experience issues logging in, simply select the Forgot Password button and a password reset link will be emailed to the address on file.
Recreational Consumer vs. Medical Patient - You will be prompted to select whether or not you are a medical patient, which will then require you to enter in your medical patient ID number and a photo of your medical patient card for verification and approval.
Name - The first and last name entered here must match the name on your Government ID.
Phone Number - This must be unique, as we cannot create multiple accounts under the same phone number. Texts regarding order order updates/inquiries and delivery status will be texted to this number.
Delivery Address - Based on your location, you will only be able to order from dispensaries within a certain radius. Depending on state regulations, Blackbird may only be able to deliver to private residences.
Government ID - To have your account verified, you must input your government ID number and upload a photo of your ID for approval. Valid forms of ID include driver's licenses, passports, and state-issued IDs. IDs must be issued from a government agency and include a photo, birthdate, and expiration date.
Patient Card - To have your account verified as medical, you must input your patient card ID number and upload a photo of your ID for approval. IDs must be state-issued and include a your name, birthdate, and expiration date.
Upon creation of your account, the account will be placed in a Pending status until verified. After review of your account, the status will be updated to either Verified or Unverified.
Account Verification and Email Confirmation
Accounts are manually verified by a Blackbird Support Specialist, who will confirm that all information uploaded to your account is valid. The following criteria must be met to have your account verified:
- Name matches the name on your Government ID
- Deliverable address has been included
- Government ID includes photo, valid birthdate and expiration date. If recreational, consumer must be at least 21 years of age. If medical, Patient Card includes name, valid birthdate and expiration date.
When you account has been verified, you will receive an email advising your verification status. and your account will be placed in a Verified status. If your account has been unverified, you will receive an email advising of the reason so that your account can be corrected.
Upon creation of your account, you will receive an email requesting that you confirm your email address.
